Project Fulfillment: All projects are executed based on a mutually agreed-upon scope of work, including timelines, deliverables, and costs, as outlined in the signed client agreement or contract. Project timelines are established during the initial consultation phase and are dependent on the complexity of the project. Sigma Visuals is committed to adhering to the agreed timeline unless external factors beyond our control cause delays, in which case clients will be notified promptly. Final deliverables will be provided digitally unless otherwise specified in the client agreement.

Refund Policy: All projects require a non-refundable deposit upon signing the agreement. This deposit secures the project in our production schedule and compensates for initial planning and pre-production efforts. Payments made for completed project phases (e.g., pre-production, filming, editing) are non-refundable, as these services will have been rendered. Refunds for services rendered are generally not provided. However, if a client is dissatisfied, we encourage them to contact us so we can address concerns and work toward a resolution.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice at least 14 days before the scheduled start of production. Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded at Sigma Visuals' discretion, based on the work already completed. In the unlikely event that Sigma Visuals must cancel a project, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), Sigma Visuals will work with the client to reschedule or otherwise adjust project terms.

Privacy Policy: At Sigma Visuals, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect personal details such as your name, email, phone number, and payment information to provide our production services and communicate with you about your project. Payment details are securely processed through Stripe, and we never store full credit card information. Additionally, we collect website usage data, such as your IP address and browsing activity, to improve our website and services. All information is protected using industry-standard security measures, including encryption and restricted access to authorized personnel only. We share your data only when necessary—for example, with payment processors like Stripe—or to comply with legal obligations.
